Ball - I'm sure that your point about the band stopping chants growing organically is why the FA support them.
They don't trust what the supporters will chant so prefer the band to drown them out with endless fucking renditions of the Great Fucking Escape.

Please don't equate the band with the fans. 99% of us hate them. They stop chants growing organically and do the same shit all the time.
I was unfortunate enough to be near them last night. It's no coincidence that some of the best atmospheres we have are when they're not around.
